My custom-designed experiences are both tactical and engaging. I can meet you IRL or virtually or a combo of both.

  • Learning-based experiences: how to learn, focus and be more productive in the modern workplace, examining how to work better
  • Creative mindset experiences: includes topics like curiosity, creative play and growth mindset in our post-pandemic world

My focus is on helping you build positive habits in support of your individual and team wellness goals, which drives productivity and ROI.
